MEO’s Planning and Development Department is devoted to producing the most relevant, timely, and accurate portrayal of the Agency to generate revenue to serve people in need. Generating ideas based on what the community says they need, we plan, we write proposals, and we evaluate our outcomes. We sell the good work of MEO employees to those who have the resources to help us to help people and change their lives. And we strive to be mindful and relevant, responding to the changes around us, and creating meaningful solutions to issues that confront us daily.
